Yes, this body may only be a temporary thing, but that’s no excuse for over-indulging it and abusing it.

God has given you this wonderful body, so look after it.

There’s more to sex than mere skin on skin. Sex is as much spiritual mystery as physical fact.

So don’t pursue the kind of sex that avoids commitment and intimacy, leaving us more lonely than ever. That kind of sex violates the sacredness of our own bodies.

These bodies were made for God-given and God-modelled love, for ‘becoming one’ with another.

Your body is a sacred space, a place where the Divine resides. Look after it.

God created the whole of you, body, mind and spirit. So let people see God in and through your body.
