TV King XL crowns his new Queen of Hearts
Almost exactly a year since larger than life XL’s public split from the lovely Queen Vee, the waiting is over. Just hours ago, the beautiful enigmatic girl Esther was crowned ‘Queen of Hearts’ and preparations are now underway for the most lavish wedding of the century.
Millions worldwide tuned in to watch the programme we’ve all been waiting for, eagerly anticipating XL’s final decision. The show itself was everything we would expect from the king of talent shows – packed with drama, beauty, humour, shocking putdowns and nail-biting suspense.
Despite rumours that had been circulating about Hegai’s favouritism towards this unknown girl Esther since news was leaked from the house six months ago, the result was no foregone conclusion. XL could say no more. The noise in the auditorium was too loud and the emotion in his voice too strong. His hands shook as he placed Queen Vee’s signature tiara on his new bride’s head. The whole planet exploded into rapturous applause, all believing in that unique moment that this match made on TV could be the real thing.
